Carrots julienned
Bean sprouts
Spinach
Cucumber
Red Onion
Avacado
Red and Yellow Bell pepper
lemon pepper
Tortillas
for Hummus
Chick peas
Roasted red peppers
Olive oil
Garlic clove
Salt to taste
Directions
To prepare hummus add all ingredients except oil in a food processor.. blend and slowly add oil until the texture is smooth.. salt and pepper to taste.. for Veggie wraps add some hummus to a tortilla then add all the veggies.. sprinkle with a little lemon pepper.. fold up the tortilla and enjoy
